About the role
The founder of a growing criminal defense firm and several related businesses wants to become a widely known voice among law firm owners and lawyers. He already speaks at many events, teaches, and runs a well-known internship program, but little of that is captured as content. This role turns those materials into a public creator presence for him personally, separate from the firm's own marketing team.
What you'll do
- Build and run a content strategy for the founder's personal brand aimed at lawyers and law firm owners
- Plan and film content around a fixed evening block during the school year and daytime filming in summer
- Turn conference talks, AI presentations, and the internship program into shareable content
- Grow a real following for the founder inside the legal community
- Work directly with the founder as the only point of contact, without taking on the firm's marketing work
- Occasionally cover weekend filming when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for a personal brand or creator-style audience, at a senior level
- Comfort with a variable filming schedule built around the founder's teaching hours
- Ability to work independently and report only to the founder
- Skill in video planning, filming, and editing for social and long-form platforms

Senior digital content creators often support an O-1B case with evidence such as audience size and engagement, press or industry coverage, brand or media partnerships, and a record of distinguished work. The posting states no citizenship restriction and does not say whether visa filing is offered. An employer like this one, or a U.S. agent, can file an O-1 petition on a candidate's behalf. Approval depends on the individual's evidence.
