Visa path

Quant developers often support an O-1A case with evidence such as high salary, original contributions to pricing or risk systems, publications or talks, and recognition by peers. The posting states no citizenship restriction. An employer like this or a U.S. agent can file an O-1A petition, but approval depends on the individual's evidence.
