Visa path
Esports coaches pursuing an O-1A typically document a record of competitive results, coaching placements, press coverage, and a leading role on successful teams. The posting states no citizenship restriction in the visible text. An employer like this one, or a U.S. agent, can file the petition, though a part-time, entry-level pay scale like this may be hard to align with extraordinary-ability evidence. Approval depends on the individual's record and is never assured.
