About the role
This engineer owns the technical build for one to three of the company's largest enterprise deals, acting like the founding CTO of each. The work covers infrastructure, agent build, model evaluation and reliability, and feeds lessons back into the core product. The role exists because these deals are won on hard technical execution.
What you'll do
- Own the technical build end to end for a few strategic deals, from proof of concept through close and stabilization
- Drive technical requirements directly with the customer's senior engineering and product leaders
- Build technical champions inside customer organizations
- Identify technical risks early and resolve them before they threaten a deal
- Turn bespoke deal requirements into durable improvements to the core product
- Set technical direction, own delivery and mentor engineers on the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry software engineering experience
- Background as a strong engineering leader or former technical founder
- Appetite for customer-facing work
- Comfort owning high-stakes accounts amid ambiguity
- Ability to estimate technical paths, weigh risks and decide under pressure

- Experience productionizing agentic systems
Pay & benefits
