About the role

It exists to give the program a single production leader as titles, partnerships and launches multiply.

- Act as the production lead for licensor partners, aligning on brand guidelines and content review.
- Run the live operating rhythm of the platform, including release cadence, events, merchandising and monetisation health.
- Build and lead a production team that can scale across UK and US time zones.
- Manage vendor statements of work, budgets, annual planning and capacity and staffing plans.
- Maintain the production view of the roadmap and help the team adopt AI in its production practices.
Requirements
- Significant experience shipping games or live services from inside a first-party or internal development organisation.
- Experience managing several external partners at once, such as licensors, publishers or studios, including publishing production.
- Experience leading live operations for a platform or live service at scale.
- Track record of owning multi-million dollar budgets, vendor management and capacity planning, and defending them to executives.
- Proven ability to set production methods and standards that other teams adopt.
