Visa path
Esports coaches and analysts usually support an O-1A with evidence such as tournament results, coaching or analyst roles on notable teams, media coverage, and expert recognition. The posting states no citizenship restriction. An employer like this one, or a U.S. agent, can file the petition, but this is a small seasonal assistant role, so a strong outside record would matter. Approval is never assured.
