    Visa path

Coaches and analysts in competitive esports typically document O-1A evidence such as results from teams they have led, tournament placements, media coverage, and recognition from industry figures. This posting states no citizenship restriction. Because the role is a small part-time stipend, a candidate would likely need other qualifying work to support a petition. An employer like this or a U.S. agent can file the petition, and approval is never assured.
