About the role
O1D Match helps exceptional professionals understand and pursue the U.S. O-1 visa. We work with startups and entertainers to build custom solutions, and we need skilled people on O1D projects. You will connect forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, CRMs and payment tools so leads and client work move without manual steps.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain workflows in n8n, Zapier or Make
- Connect webhooks and APIs: form to sheet to alert pipelines, email sequences, CRM updates
- Build monitors that alert us when leads or data stop arriving
- Troubleshoot failed runs and document each workflow
- Keep credentials and data handling secure
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on automation work in n8n, Zapier or Make
- Comfort with JSON, REST APIs and webhooks
- Experience with Google Sheets, Gmail and common CRMs
- Basic JavaScript for custom code steps
- Methodical testing and documentation habits
Nice to have
Self-hosted n8n, email platforms such as Brevo, Stripe webhooks, social media scheduling tools.
Location and hours
Fully remote. Flexible hours, project-based work. Engagements range from short fixes to longer builds, and you choose the projects that fit your schedule.
