About the role
O1D Match helps exceptional professionals understand and pursue the U.S. O-1 visa. We work with startups and entertainers to build custom solutions, and we need skilled people on O1D projects. You will design clear, conversion-focused web pages and app screens for startups and entertainment brands.
Responsibilities
- Design landing pages, web app flows and mobile screens in Figma
- Turn rough briefs into wireframes, prototypes and final designs
- Build and maintain simple design systems for each brand
- Work with developers to make sure designs ship as intended
- Run quick usability reviews and improve flows based on feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of product or web design experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert Figma skills
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, accessibility and responsive design
- Experience designing forms and sign-up flows that convert
- Clear communication with developers
Nice to have
Front-end coding (HTML/CSS, Tailwind), Squarespace design, motion or micro-interaction design.
Location and hours
Fully remote. Flexible hours, project-based work. Engagements range from short fixes to longer builds, and you choose the projects that fit your schedule.
