About the role
O1D Match helps exceptional professionals understand and pursue the U.S. O-1 visa. We work with startups and entertainers to build custom solutions, and we need skilled people on O1D projects. You will build new features and fix existing web apps for startup and entertainment clients, often picking up code someone else wrote.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Next.js and React applications in TypeScript
- Debug and fix apps built by other developers or AI coding tools
- Integrate Supabase, Stripe checkout and webhooks, and third-party APIs
- Ship through GitHub pull requests and deploy on Vercel or Netlify
- Write clear notes on what changed and why
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional React and TypeScript development
- Production experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Comfort with databases and auth (Supabase, Postgres or similar)
- Strong Git and pull-request habits
- Ability to work independently from a written brief
Nice to have
Experience with Claude Code or other AI coding agents, Tailwind, testing with Playwright, SEO-friendly page builds.
Location and hours
Fully remote. Flexible hours, project-based work. Engagements range from short fixes to longer builds, and you choose the projects that fit your schedule.
