About the role
O1D Match helps exceptional professionals understand and pursue the U.S. O-1 visa. We work with startups and entertainers to build custom solutions, and we need skilled people on O1D projects. You will use Claude Code every day to build, fix and test software, and help us build reusable agent skills and automations.
Responsibilities
- Use Claude Code and other coding agents to build and fix applications quickly
- Write clear instructions, skills and work orders for coding agents
- Build and connect MCP servers and tool integrations
- Review and test AI-written code before it ships
- Document workflows so other team members can repeat them
Requirements
- Daily, hands-on use of Claude Code or a comparable coding agent
- Solid software fundamentals in TypeScript or Python
- Experience reviewing code for correctness and security
- Strong written communication; you can write an instruction someone else can follow
- Honest about what you have and have not done
Nice to have
Experience writing MCP servers, Claude Agent SDK projects, CI for agent-built code.
Location and hours
Fully remote. Flexible hours, project-based work. Engagements range from short fixes to longer builds, and you choose the projects that fit your schedule.
